Registered Massage Therapy at Mend Health Co. is a clinically focused, movement-informed treatment designed to restore function, reduce pain, and support long-term physical resilience.

Sessions integrate hands-on manual therapy with active and passive movement to address how the body’s systems work together — including muscles, fascia, joints, tendons, and ligaments. Treatments may support injury recovery, chronic pain management, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, or ongoing maintenance for an active lifestyle.

Each session is tailored to your goals and how your body presents that day, with an emphasis on improving mobility, reducing restriction, and helping you move and feel better in daily life and in sport.

Hi, I’m Krysten! I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where I developed a systemic approach to supporting the body’s natural balance—restoring function, calming the nervous system, and encouraging long-term wellness.

My own journey through injury and recovery sparked a deep interest in how the body responds on a neuro physical level. This experience has shaped my unique treatment style, where I like to integrate movement with hands-on techniques that engage the body’s interconnected structures—fascia, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments—to restore mobility, release tension, and help the body return to its natural state of balance.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, easing everyday aches, reducing stress, or simply maintaining your body for the Sea to Sky lifestyle, I’m here to support you in reaching your goals.

My mission is simple: to keep you moving well because I believe staying active is the key to good health.

I began my career in 2014 as a Registered Massage Therapist. By 2017, after seeing the incredible results a few little pins could provide, I returned to school to earn a second degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

Today, with a decade of experience, and a results driven mind-set, I blend traditional and modern styles of acupuncture with manual therapies for pain relief and improved performance in sport and in life.

When working with me, expect an interactive, hands-on approach that encourages you to take an active role in your care, balanced with time for quiet restoration to help you recharge and heal.

I focus on musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, pain management, nervous system regulation and women’s health but encourage anyone curious to book in to see what might be possible.
